Thank you so much for your kind words Arthur, they will carry me through the day. Good luck to Italy this year!
I don't know if you heard it- but I loved the song entered by Leo Middea to Portugal's Festival da Canção this year. I believe he's from Brazil, and his charisma is off the charts, and his song felt like a fresh breeze.
Hey Lisa! Jeremy from Eurovangelists here. Glad to see your guestbook is full of love from across the US - I'm checking in from Los Angeles, California.
Thanks for being a true Eurovangelist and sharing your fantastic work with everyone getting on the ESC train this year.
Hope everyone has a great week of Eurovision finals, and that your favorite act gets douze pointe!
hi! I'm from near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and thanks to the help of your amazing site, I'm hosting my first Eurovision party, and watching my first Eurovision!
I can't believe I missed this in May 😱 Thank you for stopping by, I hope you had a great time in Philly, and managed to get your hands on some Schnitzel and Scrapple, even when you were away from home (and Germany). I'm eagerly and over-ambitiously planning next year's website, so hopefully we can chat again then.
Greetings and Bon Soir from Nashville! I will have to add a link to my party's website when it's done. Unfortunately it won't have it's own message board.
Hi Robert thanks for stopping by! I'd love to check out your site. I'm happy to hear of a fellow Eastern Time Zone party :) Cheers from Detroit, Have Fun!
This is Cindy from Geneva, IL. I only just listened to the Eurovangelist episode about hosting a party as I came late to the Eurovangelist party and am working on getting caught up. Love the web site! I bet your party is going to be awesome. Wish I could be there!
Lithuania has been on my list since the national finals. It's the type of music I like, and I think he has a chance to left side in the finals.
I immediately loved Netherlands. I love the absurd entries and having the emotional/personal meaning to Joost's song made it stay high for me.
On my second listen of Greece, I really liked it. It's been a slow burn. I've since heard more about how she wrote the song and the controversy around it in Greece (Not everyone likes it when you show the rougher sides of town) and I really like what she's trying to do.
Hello Lisa from Brian and Megan in Salt Lake City. While we’d love to bring green Jello to your party, I don’t think we’ll be able to make it. Have you thought about doing a zoom or virtual option for your fellow eurovangelists in the diaspora?
Hi Brian and Megan- Thanks for leaving your lovely note, we will miss the jello and your good company.
I hadn’t considered a virtual option… I’ll give it some thought, but I am worried I would be neglectful of my guests if I tried juggling another piece.
My friend streams so maybe she would have some ideas on how to make it work.
If you did find a way to make it out here this year or next, please drop me a line - I love hosting and meeting new people.
Hey! From Brazil, living in Italy. Eurovangelists didnt lie. You deserve a lot of joy, Lisa
